I placed an online order for pick up on 2/7/2023 @ 12:16pm for (2) KFC Wrap Combos.
I sat in the store waiting for 30 minutes before I got my order only to find that it was incorrect and they had only given me (1) meal. I informed the manager on duty that I ordered (2) meals and her response was that only (1) came through on their system. I then told her that my account was debited $16.94 for (2) meals and she argued with me that only (1) came through on her screen and walked away. I told her I could show her the debit and then pulled my receipt through my email and she told me I didn't need to show her anything because her screen said only (1) meal and that I didn't need to be rude to her because she was getting the 2nd meal together. She never communicated that to me. She rudely dismissed me and walked away. Then I hear her talking rudely about me to her employees saying I told her I could show her my receipt and that she didn't need to see anything. I did speak up and tell her it was rude for her to disrespect her customer by talking crap about me to another employee loud enough for the entire store to hear and she just kept arguing back with me. She missed the 2nd order. Instead of her rudely disregarding me and arguing with me in front of other customers she should have just admitted she made a mistake. This is not the 1st time I've dealt with the rude customer service at this store. I then asked the gentleman at the register what her name was and he refused to give it to me. I called the store and got her name. Latoya C. I even asked a customer if I was in the wrong and he agreed that she was very rude and dismissive. This is unacceptable. That store is understaffed but that's not my fault.
Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response and I'd like a refund.

I ordered an 8 piece chicken on KFC app. I went to pick up the order at the KFC in Sandwich, Il. The lady at the window told me they had no chicken. They handed me an individual side of Mac and cheese and coleslaw. I told her I just wanted a refund of $18.00 for my order and she said I would have to get a refund from grub hub. I didn't place the order thru grub hub. I placed the order on KFC app. I called the store first thing today and the lady said she couldn't do anything for me. I had to get refund through the app! I went back on app that I ordered thru and there is no where on the app to file a complaint or a number to call to speak with anyone.
