It has become a pattern in kaiser permanente where dr are so careless and so linent towards patient health.
I have recently join kaiser 3 months ago and in these 3 months, their drs have shown their incompletency multiple time, like a government office we went to see a dr and he said go to this dr they are better than me. And we have to reschedule the appointment again, when I set up an appointment with primary physician, she dint show up and send some one else instead.
If they send up to lab, they dont send the lab work request to lab so we had to come back because dr did not submit the lab request in more than 10 days.
They tell us just show up at lab, no need for the appointment, when we do lab refuses to see us with out taking the appointment, the medical staff is so incompetent.
Desired outcome: I have mentioned all of my issues , they should be handled professionally.

I told them one of their doctors was inept on my sons care and now they will not allow me to help my disabled son. you can't say anything is wrong or esle.
