The was no remote in the room so I could not use the tv at all! And I was basically trapped in the room because the key programming machine wasn't working so the one guy at the front desk had to let me in room every time I left because the keys he gave me didn't work. Not to mention, it was like staying in the project's. The whole time it was lots of people hanging out outside my room and that whole side of the hotel. Worst stay ever!
Ramada - no pool very ride at service desk
Lady at the front desk was very rude about me making a comment that had nothing to do with her I I said to her that I have a very long day and stressful and that I didn't know if I wanted to Do the hotel experience again and she was with started being rude to me. The booking agent said that the pool was working and they would be open from 12 to 8 that's how it was listed at the Ramada on Reisterstown Road that was the sole purpose of getting the room to use the pool I was inconvenienced by the booking agent and the hotel
