Complaint Location: Temple Hill (Iverson Street)
Let me begin by saying on numerous occasions I have attempted to give this location my business. I think it is very unprofessional to walk in a business and employees are on their cell phone while attempting to assist customers. 3/14/2021 - Walked in the store. A small line was forming. When approaching the register all you could here was the manager talking on the phone while at the counter. The drink fountain hadn't been properly maintenance, all flavors taste like water.
3/15 - Order again... Paying half cash and credit card. The cashier almost gave me although I wasn't owed any. This resulted in the manager coming to the register (today on the phone again). She told me if I went to get the rest in cash it would be easier. What an inconvenience! Why should I leave and go get cash because of an error or their end. I attempted to get drinks yet again and the fountain still hadn't been serviced. No, out of order sign.
Lastly, employees are given uniforms as a branding opportunity for the store correct? I should not see an employee undergarment at anytime. Why has the manager not corrected this? My thoughts are because this is an urban location and it's somehow deemed OK! This is not ok. Regardless of your position you should remain professional at all times.
Desired outcome: A surprise visit should be made to this location to observe the upkeep. I would just like consistent customer service. If your out of something let the customer know.
