Walgreens - Altering Prescriptions

I have been a customer of Walgreens for many years. However, the Walgreens Pharmacy in St. Charles MD on High St is a ridiculous one. They constantly changed the date of my prescription and when questioned faulted the physician. A monthly supply of medicine is not based on the month. Some months have 30 days others have 31. When questioned they then state that they regulate the medicine based on the pick-up date; thereby increasing my days without the medicine. The pick-up date is irrelevant since they control the dates of pickup and the month. This practice actually alters the prescription. My medicine bottle states one date, but they wait to give it to me up to 4 days later. I am changing my pharmacy asap and would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Have the same treatment at my Walgreens here in Aransas Pass, Texas. I believe the complaint department
head officer is " Helen Weight " . So go to Helen Weight !

Walgreens - sales persons and managers

Every time that I go into Walgreens I to buy something I have to look for an Sales Associate and then when I do see one they would just walk right pass me as if I don't need help and I am a customer that comes in mostly everyday. You would see some Store Associates talking to each other as if they don't have any work to do. One day I went into the store and a manager was ringing me up and a employee came in she said to him"you are late and "ya are going to stop playing with me coming in late " I am going to start writting people up" and as a customer I thought that was very unprofessional, she should not have said that in front of a customer. There are a lot of young managers that work in the store, that I think need some training. They must don't know about Secret Shoppers.
