I bought a telephone on February 28th March 1st I took the phone back letting them know that I make calls and people can hear me but I can't hear them. Also, when I bought the phone I paid for a screen protector and a case to this date which is March 16th I have yet to receive and didn't receive any money back no compensation on it at all. But I have called and went in store every day about this phone not being able to hear people but they can hear me. I made it quite knowing that it was very important that I needed a decent phone because I had appointments with FaceTime that I must keep. My phone has been reset by the 1-800 number once it has been reset twice by the end store and nothing I was pushed off to the main Metro store which push me off again still to this day March 16th and no new phone. Corporate informed me that each Metro was individually owned and that they could assist me because the product was under warranty for 20 for 30 days but it will take me three to four days to get a new phone.
Desired outcome: A new and different phone
