I was in the drive thru with 3 to 4 cars behind me, on my turn I wanted a few spicy chicken sandwiches but they were out and people were leaving out of the line because of that, so I ordered a 4 pc all white, a large green bean and a large red beans and rice, got to the window I gave the cashier (Glenda) my debit card, while sitting there I noticed a posting inside the store for peanut butter and banana pie, so when she came back I asked could I add a few pieces of pie to my order and she said well we are too busy and you can't order any, I asked for the manager and she said well they're too busy! I said WHAT! and I asked for the corporate number and she said well its on your bill, but I checked my bag when I got home and noticed my order was not complete so I had to go BACK UP to the store and get it straight, so the same girl came and I told her my order was not complete and she said it's not my fault they got the order wrong, (I ordered a 4 pc and got a 3 pc with no biscuit and neither of the 2 large sides were in the bag), so as she was getting my 2 sides I asked well while I"m here can I get a few pieces of that peanut butter and banana pie and she said well we don't have any more pie and I said well why didn't you tell my that the first time I asked, and she had an attitude. after this I was out done with the situation, I said can I get the number to the Corporate Office and she said If you look it's on your receipt!
