I am so sick and damn tired of these lazy workers who wanna give everyone that’s orders a attitude. This establishment literally will hire a roach off the street. These workers are lazy, rude and arrogant. They never have what I would like to order and that would be okay if they didn’t make you wait a damn hour to order. I’m done with Popeyes for good. They’re are way better chicken establishments that offer the same quality with better customer service.
Desired outcome: I’d like for you to rehire or train those workers at that location. I’ve never had a good experience there
Popeyes - I am complaining about service and food
My service was given to me by Store 11653 (Eastpointe, Michigan)
On Wednesday, April 27, 2021 we ordered ( myself & wife) 2 meals. Before we get into the gut of this order, I need to inform you that we waited in line (drive thru) for 45 minutes before we got to the voice box to order. When we ordered (2) simple meals the female person total our order 3 times as much.
Our order was a 2pc mild combo red beans & rice with one drink
Also, a 3pc spicy combo red beans & rice with one drink. I let the person know that I need the orders marked or in separate bags because my wife is allergic to the spicy. The person indicated that my order was $32.95 I said excuse me that can't be right. She stated again that my price was $32.95. I again said that your amount is incorrect. We waited for about 5 minutes to wait to see what she comes up with. Finally, she locates or agree that the price was incorrect. Now, we are here in drive thru line for an hour / not even up to the window yet. Along with our order we added 2 biscuits extra - one for each meal. My bill is now $17.80 + $1.07 = $18.87
Now we are at the window - I gave her $20.00 and now the wait begins again. We were there at the window for 20 minutes - Yes I said 20 minutes. The reaction was very rude, the person just walked by the window several times. By the way I didn't receive my change yet. We got our food (finally) 25 minutes later. Our food was in all one big bad - none of the meals were separated - I mention where was the red beans and rice - she gave them to me later - they were mostly rice and was cold - the drinks did not have ice or they must have been watered down. The attitude was very very very bad and I have been to this store 3 other times. All of these times the SERVICE was very bad.

I enjoy Popeyes and would continue to come. However, not to this store.
I am a chef so I know how food service is supposed to be and this store is nowhere near being good. Not just one person - the whole store.
