As I arrived. 2 men outside smoking. One checked me in. One was the manager. I couldn't close the patio door, no way to lock it, 34° wind blowing in my room. The bathroom, black mold on the tile. The sink was so gross that brushing my teeth... please see attached pictures. I am asking for a FULL refund! As I left a day early because I just couldn't stay any longer.
Desired outcome: I'd really appreciate a full refund! $196.47 for 3 nights + $50.00 deposit
Travelodge - I would like all my money back including the 66.55 for the one night I did stay
I was charged twice for a hotel in Jackson Michigan and then I was charged another 66.55 after my stay. This hotel so dirty. It had mold in the bathroom, burn marks, coffee splattered all over the ceiling. Looked like the sheets were never changed. We ordered a double bed and got a king so my husband was left sleeping in the car so my daughter would have a place to sleep off the floor. Room was to be paid for when we arrived and it was charged twice before we ever made it. Was asked to talk to manager only to find out later she wasn't even a manager.
