Yesterday I picked up a prescription for my sister recovering from knee replacement. Prior to that day (on a previous pickup) the pharmacist had recommended a nasal spray in case of overdose. They first had to get it approved with the insurance company and I didn't have time to wait, so I told her to go ahead and get the approval and if my sister wanted it I would let them know. Back to the next time of pickup for her; she thought that she had a refill for an inhaler for chest congestion. When I picked up her pain meds there was another one as expected. The clerk at the window did not verify what the two prescriptions were so I asked her. She told me one was a nasal spray so I assumed it was what my sister was expecting... Which was most definitely not a $50 prescription that she didn't want for overdose. When I called the pharmacy to let them know we did not ask for or need the nasal spray, the pharmacist them proceeded, in the most rude and condescending way, to inform me that I could not return it and that I had approved of the medication. During the 10 minute conversation she would not let me finish a sentence without talking over me and she just kept repeating the same thing over and over, even though what she portrayed as the truth, was not! She talked down to me like a child and then proceeded to tell me to take it to a facility that took drugs you didn't want. This all happened about 4 p.m. on March 4, 2021.
Desired outcome: $50 returned to my sister
