Good morning, we're long-time fans of BE. We've even traveled to OH to the Farm! We ate at the restaurant at 625 Commercial Dr, Lansing MI last evening. The food was not good. I could not find a customer comment card. The potatoes were runny, I LOVE your potatoes, I go there just for your potatoes, I buy them in the store to have at home. The gravy was gelled on top. The coleslaw was not green, it was soggy and not "crisp" in any way. The chicken breast was less than 1/4 of an inch thick. I have never seen a piece of chicken so thin before. I wish I'd had a ruler to accurately measure it for you. They were not busy, as we went there close to 7 p.m. They couldn't seat us until they cleaned a table. They were cleaning them as people arrived. You couldn't get a refill on the drinks and dinner was served w/o the vegetable because the waitress said, "I'll bring it out later, they're microwaving the corn." I guess I never thought of BE's heating my food up in the microwave before. Nothing about our meals was satisfactory and we are long-time supporters.
