I ordered 2 pickup orders by phone today totally about $30. When I picked them up the clerk & manager together took over 15 minutes to check me out saying it was unusual to have 2 separate orders on pickup even though I stated this fact in the phone call. The delay caused my food to be cold. I asked the manager for a discount which he refused to do. Also I had only 5 small pieces of beef in the order. The manager didn't even say he was sorry it took so long to check me out. By the way, I ordered the same order a few months ago and had no issue other than the fact again, I had a very small portion of beef.
