I just submitted a complaint two days prior, I was hoping that my experience with delivery service would be better today, unfortunately that is not the case. Today March 5, 2016 was my delivery date for my Samsung front load dryer. The problem today was that I thought I had a gas connection when in fact, I had a electric connection. That was not the biggest problem, upon inspection I noticed the door and control panel area were scratched very badly. This dryer did not appear to be new. Upon further inspection, I realized that I was delivered the wrong dryer all together. I could not believe this. I don't know if the drivers from last delivery had did this in retaliation. . I am so tired at this point. I'm trying to recover from a surgery from a week ago and I don't need to keep going through this stress. Why cant these incompetent people get my order and delivery right? They should be put out of business. It doesn't make sense to have a problem every time I have a delivery . I've bought many appliances from sears but I will no longer do business with this company again. I feel at this point I should receive a refund on the delivery fee of 69.99, why should I have to pay for poor delivery service that I have had 4 times now. I still don't have my dryer because of sears horrible delivery service
