This request was made on Jan 7 2025 to have my dryer repaired. I ordered the part paid for the service and waited on the tech.
The first person they sent was a microwave repair person and he knew nothing about the dryer.
For the next 9 days I had an appointment every day. 8 to 12 and 1to 5. No body has showed up.
Call customer service several times and they all are reading from a script. They all are sorry for the inconvenience and will reschedule.
It's all a smoke screen. If you do not have enough service tech then it may be a good idea to contract some of this work out. To wait for a repair for over 9 days is just frustrating to me who has already paid for this service out of my pocket because I did not have a warranty with you.
I will be cancelling the service warranty because SEARS is not trustworthy.
