I planned a trip to disney world for july 5th 2020. I called your representative (rizwan) and was on the phone for 1 hour. I tried to explain to him i am a high risk person for flying now. I even have a doctors note. I recently had surgery for thyroid cancer, i have chronic asthma and this trip was going to be my last before brain surgery. With the pandemic in effect my doctor wants me at home alone. So i am not exposed to something before another surgery. I used my fly miles for this trip. Now that people aren't working, i really could use my money. These are unforseen events. You didn't make it happen and neither did i. I would not be cancelling if the world was back to normal. I am trying to get a full refund because of the issues i described. He told me that you guys are conducting business as usual. That "dot" has no restriction on your flights. I have a hard time believing that because here on the ground there are tons of restictions. I'm trying to understand but there are special cases in the world like me. I can't understand why you have no exceptions for people like me. Nor do i want to be high risk with so many health issues but unfortunately those are the cards i was delt in life. I am not your responsability. I am mine and i am trying to help myself as best i can during this crucial time. During this pandemic that is happening around the worl businees are doing great things for there customers. It is not business as usual! my partner on this flight got a full refund for our trip to disney world from his airlines. You are an airlines, a business that couldhave applied for goverenments aid. I am one person with alot of stuff going on. I was simply asking for a refund because i don't know what my future brings. But i know this would help.
