I went to the salon to get a haircut and a foil, the lady that did my hair which I can not remember the name decided it would be okay to make my hair uneven and very choppy, I went to another salon almost in tears showing what they had done. She suggested I go back and demand to get it fixed by a manager I explained to the new salon I refuse to go back because they will ruin it even more plus cutting it shorter than I want. She messed up on my bangs so bad I need to clip them back because the new salon said they are so short and damaged she can't fix it. I use to love jcpenny salon after that I refuse to ever give service to them again.
Desired outcome: Never returning for service
