I placed an order for many items and I received an email saying thank you for my order and my payment was accepted. It also stated my order was getting ready to ship and I will be notified when it was being sent. My total I paid is 63.99. So can I please get a reply to what and why this has occurred

I ordered shoes. boots jackets tops pots and pans.comforters etc when can I be told when my order will be shipped or refund my money. I would like some kind of answer on the status of this order.
