I was buying shoes that was priced R199 when
Paying on the till cashier said your shoes is R229 and I showed her what was on the shoe.
I asked for the Manager I told her the story and she was around actually while all this was happening and didn't took any action. She is also the one who makes me angry because she said I must take back that R200 back and leave the shoes and also go sort out my budget she is busy right now with important things. I can't make her change what the company system says.
Desired outcome: My younger brother entered and for the sake of peace he is going to add that R30.So I want that R30 back because he want it back from me and I don't have. I won't bother you again.

On the 16.03.2023 afternoon arrived at plazza Dunn's for shopping ended up buying Xiaomi Redmi cellphone as part of my shopping items were a sales told me it's on sale with dual sim 128 memory space 48 mp camera with 3 cameras I was sold and bought it for 2799 as it was on special according to the lady , at home I realize when they were doing settings they didn't include sim card and It had a single port for sim card so it's not dual since I live far I decided not to use the phone and I went back on Saturday morning around 10 on arrival the cashier (remembered me) so the sim card issue was sorted now I asked them about the dual sim issue then they decided to look for another phone with dual port at the end was asked if I mind taking the displayed one didn't have a problem they asked to charge the phone and do settings for me I decided to do other things came bach an hour later when I came back the manager and the cashier who were part of the people who were helping where not available was helped by sales lady who said no mem if you want the phone you have to add more money we made an error and displayed 2799 on the display and put other Redmi model instead of the one on special then I asked when did you discover that they said while I was gone and it's either I add money or look for a cheaper one , I asked for a manger complaining it's not my fault that they display wrong things the gentlemen said he will rather refund me my money than giving me the phone that is 3200 whereas I paid 2799 because the money will deducted from him and he will never allow that , by that time they saleslady was busy with other sales saying she only sells phone nothing else , they gave me 2799 but I'm not happy I am a customer and the price I paid was displayed with the cellphone on the displaying glass.
