My wife has worked for J C Penney in Florida for 18+ years. She has been in the same store and department for 13 of those years and has seen managers and ladder climbers (butt kissers) come and go. Now they've changed their own rules demanding she push their outrageous credit card, and require her to meet a quota or they will cut her hours. Come on anyone with half a brain isn't going to have a card with 23.9 percent interest, but those are the customers they are recruiting. Ones with half a brain and a good credit score of course. She also has to maintain OSAT scores and be rated by customers. We all know how easy it is to piss them off. As a customer myself I can attest to that fact. Now to intimidate her further they have removed her from the department she has been in for 13 years and replaced her with two part timers that they don't have to pay benefits to and punish her for chewing gum on the floor once while she has witnessed managers doing the same without any actions being taken to punish them while putting her on a 90 day probation, watching her every move to find a reason to let her go.
They tell her if she can't raise her OSAT scores they will cut her hours even more. How can you force customers to go home and fill out surveys on line? Hell some people don't even have computers, and who really want's to waist the time? I don't!
J C Penney and its managers need to wake up and get back to true customer service and treating employees with respect and not like little children. SHAME on them for threatening people this way with their livelihoods. I would fire every last damn one of them and really cut their hours to let them know how it feels! J C Penney has really fallen to the trailer trash crowd! Not only in their choice of management but have you seen their cheep products that they are pushing these days? NOT WHAT THEY USED TO BE.
My wife has worked for this company for 18+ years giving a tremendous amount of her time an life with very little reward. We are both aware that she is not the first person they have done this to.
To force or make the job ridiculously unbearable for employees who have been loyal and have their time in, to quite their employment just before they reach retirement. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME! ARE YOU ONE OF THEM?
If you have had similar experiences I would like to hear from you. Together maybe we can make a change and turn J C Penney back around.
J C Penney used to be a good place to work and shop what can we do to make it that way again?
e-mail me ([protected]@gmail.com)
If I were a competitor I would not include my e-mail address and as for pushing credit cards with ridiculous interest charges (pobarjenkins) is just the type of customer J C Penney is looking for with half a brain and a good credit score. People like that are why this country is in the trouble it is in! Spend with now way to pay for it.
18 years on a jobs she must have done something right in all that time
(Thystere) How long have you held a job?
Pobarjenkins There are a lot of things in our society that are legal,
but pushing credit on people at 23.9 percent interest while legal is not morale or sound. Our country is in deep do do as it is because of these very practices that have been legal. My point is that while offering credit at any rate ridiculous or not was not in my wife's job description when she started the company not that there is anything wrong with asking her to offer credit apps to customers as an alternative method of making a purchase but placing quotas on the process in order for her to maintain her hours is wrong. There are many other duties that are in her job description that she has no problem fulfilling and has done so quite well for 18+ years. Fortunately there are a lot of people who have wised up to this scam that J C Penney pushes and refuse to fill out the credit apps and that is my point. People don't want it but yet her job is now hanging by that thread to push something no one wants. She can't force the customers to fill them out. As I believe you did mention in your first reply and I agree with you, and listening to her that it is a manager that is giving her the grief. But it should not be this way. This manager will come and go just like several others have. Never knowing or caring about the lives that they affect simply because they may not like someone or they have ulterior motives to advance their own agendas
I cannot defend the chewing gum, but with belly button rings, nose piercing etc. and a general lack of regard for the J C Penny dress code that I myself have witnessed of other of her co-workers usally the young one. Chewing gum is nit picking and simply asking the person to dispose of it and not do it again should have been the end of the situation. Any experienced manager would handle it that way and not made an issue where there was none
Yes other stores push credit cards but do they threaten you hours or job
if you don't meet a quota?
Last of all yes they had computers with bar coding 18 years ago as well as color TV cell phones and toilet paper.
(Dawniette) I really don't know what bar coding has to do with my original complaint or when it may have been fully implemented into our society. Furthermore, I am not at all bitter in fact quite the opposite I am simply helping my wife express her frustrations over a job she has held probably longer than you have ever held a job in your life, and I pity your significant other if you even have one because obviously your are so self absorbed you would never consider their feeling with such a matter. As for her retiring, If you ever do hold a job as long as she has and have a similar situation happen to you then maybe you will understand what I am trying to get through you thick an immature skull full of mush.
I would love to get a job so I could deal with people like you. Unlike my wife I would tell you where to go in a heart beat . I do not fear an employer like she does. I have no problem with piercings or tattoos either, in fact I have tattoos myself and they are all discreetly placed so I don't offend potential employers who do have problems with them and the image that they tend to project for some companies who diligently protect their image ie. Walt Disney. but J C Penney has lowered their standards to employee those so desperate for work to eliminate those who have stood by them all these years and do away with benefits promised to them when they began their employment before they can reach that goal that they were promised.
As far as your idea of moving forward is concerned you had better look around at the bank failures, home foreclosures and unemployment rate all caused by the greed of those that push this ### on dumb ### like yourself who fall for it!
P.S. Right now you are my hobby.
You sound like a J C Penny manager the way you are defending them and the way they are treating their employees, NOT JUST MY WIFE, and I am not just speaking for her by the way. You may think it cute of me to ASSume but I would venture to speculate that you treat your co-workers the same way and that you are just another ladder climber that will do anything it takes without much of a conscience so long as you keep your job. You don't give a damn about those around you. As for me being a deadbeat living off my wife . How "cute of YOU to ASSume.
I am retired and I do just fine without her financial assistance.
If you have not notice there are a lot of people out of work now and I do not consider them to be deadbeats due to the fact that they have lost their jobs. Your lucky to still have a job and feel so secure in it to ASSume that it will still be there for you when you're ready to retire!
As for whining and complaining, you are doing quite a bit of it and trying to hide it by attempting to turn it on me. I am simply trying to bring to light the lousy treatment of a group of employees which my wife happens to be one of. If you don't believe me go to theirs complaint site she is not the only one complaining of the same treatment, and there are others that are afraid to speak out.
Unhappy? Yes, for you and your pathetic life. 29 years you'll never get back.
If pushing the credit card is a part of her job, no matter how ridiculous the card's interest is or that your wife didn't have to do it before, then she has to push the credit card. Many companies make their employees do this (ie: Target). She can always try and cope with it until she finds a new job.
While I can detect stress signals, I think it is possible that this post was made by a JC Penney competitor, to try to demotivate their employees and drawing them in... After all, a company is only made of people, and it doesn't sound believable that JC Penney treats its employees so horribly...
Yes they do...been an employee for 14 years. 17 year old supervisors treating older/seasoned employees like children. Yes, you do get your hours cut for not performing with credit cards and customer surveys. Yes, there is abuse by supervisors and managers. No coaching in place to show the associates how to rebuttal objections for credit cards. It's push, push, push and just recently in Fall of 2017, department registers have been taken out which greatly increases the pressure on the cashiers! It's lie the "sweatshops" in China where a lot of the retail clothes are made. Incredible pressure to perform!
I really wouldn't compare it to sweatshops in China. I'm assuming you make more than $2 per hour.
OH YES THEY DO! And it gets worse...docking minutes from clock in if not at your department (even though you clocked in) Staying longer than 6 hours shift with only 15 minutes break/// having to do ONLINE SELLING AND RETURNS/ which is a time consuming mess, since UPC from online do not line up with store UPCs for the same item...Having to wait for an MOD for a simple price change (pisses all the customers in line off) and Not being able to LEAVE the building until someone comes and lets you out! I have never seen anything like it in my 20 Plus years of retail! Hired for customer service, but collateral duties keep you from any one on one interaction with customers...they have taken 3 jobs and combined them into ONE...ridiculous.
You are absolutely CORRECT!
It is almost impossible to detect stress signals from a stranger over the internet. While it's possible a competitor made this, it seems incredibly far fetched.
JC Penny might not treat their employees bad in general, but the poster's wife may have to deal with a bad store manager.
Well, maybe she's not that great at her job. People who get laid off are prone to have dissatisfaction in their work environment - they're trying to tell you to quit, but you keep lingering on...
yeah trying to get you to quit...so they don't have to pay unemployment! Get real...What was outlined in the original post is FACT...I completely concur with what was said ..and I am NOT in the same store as this person is.
You know I was trying to agree with you about those interest rates being awful GatorTodd, but since you couldn't see that, I suppose you have even less than the half of a brain that I apparently have. I was simply saying that if her job requests something and she wishes to keep her job, then she must do what they request (as long as it is legally sound).
FYI, I have never had a credit card that contained any interest whatsoever.
i have to say that by read through this several times that i have no doubt that this was written by a male. i have been studying profiling for years so i can say for sure there is genuine distaste for the company. overtures of concern for the wife lead me to conclude that this is most likely a real complaint, also knowing from personal experience from working in retail. my worst experiences were with wal-mart and spencers gift company. management seems to be able to run rampant with out fear of disciplinary action as i have noticed from wal-mart they seemed to travel in a pack which made it very uncomfortable when confronted because there was always more then one manager present. a friend of mine and myself were fired when she asked me to be a witness for one such situation and i filed a complaint with the district manager but was just classified as a disgruntled ex-employee i didn't care about getting my job back however at the time being only 18 i saw the inner workings of a company that manipulates and forgets that happy employee's mean happy costumers. i abhor shopping at wal-mart and actually avoid it unless necessary i go to publix mainly because i am recognized by every employee greeted and chatted with they are all helpful and respectful and they rarely have complaints about work.
the one thing that was amusing was when my father stepped in after my firing from wal-mart and pointed out that in the handbook i was given BY the company to read stated i had the right to witness for or have a witness for myself if a disciplinary action should arise. i know now it was immature but i laughed at all 7 of the store managers when they tried to big boy my dad and intimidate him but it only hurt them because they did not take him off the floor so a bunch of costumers got a really good show of 7 people who are in charge of a store insulting and berating a man and his 18 year old daughter who he was only trying to help. in the end they offered me my job back because so many people came to our aide i do not generally enjoy the angry mob mentality people can get but in this case it was just fine. though i had to tell them i wasn't there to get my job back and why would i want to work for a group of people who insulted and berated myself and my father when we both remained polite about the whole mess.
just a little bit of background my father is retired military intelligence who served in the gulf war. he worked with poly graph machine for several year after retiring because he was trained to use them in the army. after the polygraphing he became a private investigator for a MJM inc which is now G4S compliance and investigation he is now a vice president with the company.
JC Penny does have a management pack of backstabbers who do not care who they distroy for their own advancement or amusement while allowing their chosen few to slide! I am NOT a current or ex-employee or spouse of the afforementioned, I just have direct knowledge of this FACT!
I can really relate to the post. My customers are lower income and many don't speak English. They come in with all their coupons and sales flyers looking for the clearance items so they can spend what little money they have efficiently. We ask and their answer is no, so why should we be penalized. As far as OSAT scores I give great customer service and has yet to receive a mention on line. They promise to do so but unfortunately (unless I put a gun to their heads I cannot make them do it.) I have the added burden of trying to maintain a care plan percentage of 30% (which JCP is planning on upping to 50%) It is hard to get a customer to buy a care plan for a $20 watch or say a $40 bracelet. In today's economy there is not much expendable cash. I know of several great employees who have had their hours cut do to this requirement.
I worked for JC Penney for 4 years and they treat thier employees like crap! Management is a joke and the merchandise is shoddy at best. I've never worked in such a cut throat environment before, and i used to do collections.
I currently work at JcPenney and I agree that this is the worst place I have ever worked at .I have recived all the awardes they offer and have reached all the goals that the company has set. I have worked there for 3 years and now they are trying to make me quit and find any reason to get rid of me for no reason. I got a write up on coupons saying i gave to many discounts in one transaction in the salon for a customer I know was the right thing to do to accomadate {a stranger} for good service . When I asked to see the company policy saying what I had done was wrong neather my salon manager or store manager could provide this info for me . I feel this was wrong and very unjustified on JcPenneys behalf. Now i have found out that my mom has recived a phone calls that one of my coworkers said i need to watch my back cause the salon manager is going to try to set me up to stay away from the front desk at the salon. I am 29 years old and have never lived with my mom so the only way that anyone had got her number is from coumpany records . DONT TRUST JCPENNEY WITH PERSONASL INFO IT IS NOT KEEP PRIVATE FROM THE PUBLIC !
I work there now myself. And with all the changes the new CEO is making people are losing their jobs, losing their hours and having pay reduced while being expected to take on more responsibility and be positive towards the changes. The customers hate the changes but we are expected to defend them. Management plays favorites and gives out hours depending on who they like not who works the hardest. They are eliminating positions like the catalog counter, removing commission on departments like shoes and fine jewelry. And reducing hours to the point that in a large store there might only be one person working in each department at a time. And that one person is expected to cover the entire department, check out customers and provide customer service on the sales floor. It's very frustrating and I can understand the original posters anger. To be with a company for years with a plan to retire from there only to be tossed off like a piece of trash hurts. Ron Johnson makes over 50 million a year but thanks to decisions he has made people are losing their homes. The investors wouldn't even invest money in the outlandish changes he wants to make, that's why he's taking it from the stores by reducing staffing costs to a ridiculous level.
THIS MAN IS TELLING THE TRUTH! JCPENNEY is treating their employees HORRIBLY (That is an understatement too!) ! I started working in the salon there at the beginning of this year. I came in just before all the changes. The first thing that changed was the prices for services. All the stylist were so angry with this. It basically gave them all a pay cut. I was too new there to even understand the multitude of this change. The next changed occurred a few months after. They took our commission away and placed us on hourly. At first, I tried to stay positive about the whole situation. I told myself that they wouldn't screw over their employees...Something positive has to come from this. My positive attitude lasted until my manger told me what I was getting paid hourly. I was making just a little over minimum wage. I held in my tears as my manager was being positive about my possible raise and review in July. This news was a low blow, because I have a family and I am also attending college .How was I going to support my family with a little more than minimum wage !? Supposedly, I was getting paid the same amount I was making on commission . I wasn't! I was getting payed about $75 less than before the changed. At this point, everyone in the salon was un-happy with all the changes that were happening. One of my co-workers has been with the company for 15+ years and they dropped them to the lowest position possible. Making it harder to advance in the company.
I stayed focused and worked hard. By July, the new review was in. I had moved up and received a SMALL raise (Still under $10). I was a little relieve and felt like I could prove myself to this company and get paid what I was truly worth.
That was until they dropped the bomb on us about the free kids haircut for August. We were all ill prepared for this event ! Right away we were booked out two weeks in advance. When I say we, I mean the WHOLE SALON ! Everyone picked up extra hours to help out. Kids cuts were every 30 minutes. Some were even taking kids cuts every 15 minutes. The parents were really rude and a majority of them didn't even tip. I actually even seen a few parents cuss out a few of my co-workers. JCPENNEY didn't even nationally advertise this event until the second week of August. It was then, during the summer Olympics, they aired the commercial for Free haircuts. By that time, we were completely booked the WHOLE month! Why were they advertising this event when we couldn't even accommodate the demand we were dealing with before the commercial!?!?! All month, day in and day out, I did kids haircut. We did so many kids haircuts that our regular clients couldn't even schedule with us. I was just happy that I was able to pick up extra hours and get some extra money, even if the tips were bad. The morning of the last Monday in August, I was watching the Today Show and who did I see on there!? JCPENNEY's lead stylist Nik Stinson, or whatever his name is. I was actually really excited to see him there, until he mentioned that we were continuing the free haircuts through the first weekend of September ! This was so frustrating to me because they didn't even inform the salon or stylist of the continuation of the event! :(
So, we survived August...some how. September was a good month for myself. I was still continuing to go above and beyond my numbers that were expected of me. Towards the end of September, I got a phone call from my co-worker early in the morning. They called to tell me that they just saw on the news that Jcpenney was doing free haircuts for kids in November ! Once again, they went to the public with this news first and not their employees, who will be performing these services! I know we obviously really don't have a say in what we are going to do but can you at least give us a heads up!?! To top it off, I saw my numbers for August and I made less money in August than I did in July. I worked double the hours in August and did over 200 kids cuts alone that month. I worked half the hours in July and saw maybe 30 clients and STILL MADE MORE MONEY! The reason why this upsets me is because this is what my reviews and raises are based on.
Now October is here and guess what!? We are all getting our hours cut! I have personally had at least 10 hours taken away. WHY!? I haven't done anything wrong and have tried to remain positive through all of these changes. Now, right before the holidays are here they screw me. I worked my butt off in August and this is the thanks I get. They are also hiring tons of new hairstylist and are paying them higher then what I was getting before my first raise.
Once again I am worried about my financial situation and now I might not even be able to afford Christmas for my children .I am really at the end of my rope here. I might have to get a second job, which would just be debilitating for me. It's sad that Ron Johnson is trying to appeal to the typical American family when he is destroying many people's lives.
I worked there for almost a year and a half in the shoe department. The shoe department is exceptionally hard at times because we are running up and down stairs for hours while giving customer service and checking them out at the register and then puttin all their shoes away. However if we stood behind the counter for over 5 minutes we would be old to move and do something productive. Which is fine because at the end of the day our tables had all the displays and the clearance racks were full an the department looked great. We were on commission so you actually had a reason to run around like crazy for a customer who didn't actually know their shoe size. But in February 2012 it all changed for the worse previously I had loved working there but I started to hate the place! They cut commission saying that it would help us become more of a team. They did average the pay out and I was making a decent amount but could have made more if I was still on commission. The only thing I liked was taking away the coupons because with them people were buying $12 dollar shoes that I couldn't make commission on. They fired several people even though we needed them and did not hire anyone else. Then they wanted to push the credit cards to the poin that if we did not get 4 at least per month they would cut our hours dramatically. Some weeks I would only work 4 hours which doesn't work with a car payment. This left all departments with very few people to work with and it's hard to run a whole department by yourself. They decided that wasn't going well because everyone that wanted a penneys card already had one and the rest did not want one. I had to have family members come in some months to open a credit card just so I could get more hours. It made me feel terrible to use them that's way. Christmas season was coming up and they hired a few people. Thy did not train these people how to work in the shoe department correctly which is a hard department to learn with the big 2 story stock room. After thanksgiving they decided to bring the swarm back which is when everyone in the store cleans an straightens up together however the salon and the picture people don't help and previously neither did the shoe team because we weren't responsible for the clothes in the store and we already had our department clean (which no one helped us with). After thanksgiving they started to make the shoe team help which I didn't like but I carried on without complaining. They decided that to make the store look better we would space hangers, about a finger space apart. This took forever! And it was pointless. One night, no exaggeration I stayed their until 3:00am spacing hangers which was 4 hours after close. There is no need for that. Other nights we were let go well after midnight. A few days later they fired me. One customer complained that I was rude and hateful while they were checking out. Anyone that knows me knows that is not my personality in the least and were shocked to hear I had been fired. What shocked me most was that they never gave me a warning or wrote me up and I never had any complaints in the year and a half working there but one lady probably with an attitude problem herself had the ability to fire me. I did not remember this lady by the way which is something I would have if I had been hateful. Anyways I am incredibly happy to be done with all the B.S. they put me and other employees through. That corporation is going down and I will watch with a smile.
My phone made changes to my entry up there. I'm not an idiot with poor grammar, sorry.
I WORKED FOR JC PENNY'S FOR 25 YEARS AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY MADE ALL OF US MANAGERS TAKE EARLY RETIREMENT! THEY MAKE YOU SIGN A PAPER THAT YOU WILL NOT SUE THEM OR YOU DON'T GET SEVERENCE PAY! THEN EVERYONES STOCK THAT THEY WORKED ALL THOSE YEARS FOR FELL SO DRASTICALLY I LOST THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! tHE ONE GOOD THING IS I SOLD MY LAST JCPENNEY STOCK TODAY AND I WILL GET TO SEE THIER DEMISE VERY SOON. IMMEADIATELY AFTER I SOLD MINE TODAY THE STCK FELL TWO WHOLE DOLLARS IN ONE DAY. IT'S A SINKING SHIP! THEY DID IT TO THEMSELVES PAYING EXECS 50, 000, 000.00 HER AND 50, 000, 000.00 WHAT DID THEY THINK WOULD HAPPEN? GOOD RIDDENCE! YES PENNEYS DOES TREAT THIER EMPLOYEES BAD..(PLEASE EXCUSE MY CAPITALS LIKE I'M YELLING. MY CAP BUTTON JUST BROKE! LOL)
I have a girlfriend that works at JCpenny and there are always threats about being fired if employees dont get enough credit apps. the managers make her bring in a doctors note if he is sick, but neither of us can afford health insurance to get one. Pius we're trying to pay for school at the same time. I pick her up every time she gets off work and she rarely get out on time. This pass winter she was supposed to get out at 9:00pm and i was waiting out in my car without much gas until almost midnight and the same incident just happened again 2 days ago. It was freezing out side and they're not allowed to use their phone. And I believe the managers are trained to act this way, its strange how the same exact management behaviors happen in florida and indiana.
If all the retail companies have to follow JCP's ICAP and OSAT policies no one will work for them. It is outrageous, but don 't blame the store level for it. They are under pressure like the lower level employees too. We must blame the corporate office and not the store management and again capitalism as a shameful system is the one to blame for the dehumanization of those employees like that. Racism at JCP at the store level is worst than the ICAP and the OSAT. People are leaving JCP every day because JCP abandoned its core social responsibility and its values. Some people state that they are closing soon so we don't know what will happen in the future. Wait and pray, and may the Republican GOD have some common sense and greater understanding of human values on earth!
Yes my daughter has been with Jc Penney for four years she's 21 has a car payment and goes to college she works her ### off and in September of 2015 she was injured in a car accident she goes to therapy it hurts to fold clothes. They have been threatening to fire her for not getting credit apps which when she first started she was good at doing that, well lately she hasn't been ringing she's been on the floor where the customers love her so how is she suppose to get credit apps pull them out of her ###. If she's not ringing it's not her fault. What can she do need help
It is true. All complaints. There is no recourse for the schedule manipulation that is being done to the employees in augusta, ga. They use teens to work their butts off during holidays and then, boom at random cut their hours or take them completely off the schedule with no reason why. Immoral and unethical!
I am in the Clarksville TN JC Penny and asked the associate (Sharon) to scan an item. She said 14.96 was the price. However, when she rang my items and I paid o thought it seemed high. I had several items. She had charged me 34.99. I ask her to please correct the price of the item and she said she couldn't. She got the manager Melinda, and Melinda said it must have been a glitch. I told her she should have ro honor the price she gave me when she scanned it the first time. They both refused. I am still in the store on hold for 19 minutes waiting on someone to answer the 800 number for complaints. This will be my last trip in this store if they do not honor the original price that was scanned.
What a bunch of bootlickers earlier in this thread. Because that's what companies and middle managers need are more white knights. It's not like Marvin Ellison got his big tax cut and bonus while everybody else squat at the bottom.
Anyways, the managers absolutely do threaten you with cut hours if you don't reach their credit app goal (I have only seen maybe one or two employees actually fired for not meeting their goal, but if you're not scheduled you might as well be fired) and they will routinely harass you if you don't meet their goal. At my former store, they devised a formula of transactions per app ratio. That's what really gets workers motivated is knowing where you fall on a damn bell curve. I'm not sure if other stores have started that dumb formula model
- ex employee
because of the pressures in the employees for a quota in credit card. A group of people, and myself, had our social security numbers stolen. To open accounts in JCP. JCP has to have a better system in opening accounts. At least a person has to have, one ID with photo, and 2 other credit cards to make sure that that is the person. I am mad as hell, how easy it is to open an account.
" SHAME ON YOU" JCPenney,
I am writing this to make people aware of a great injustice to a now deceased loyal and caring associate at your Paradise Valley Store in Phoenix, Arizona and formally of the JC Penney in Aurora, Ill. Sandra Lee Stallmann. Sanndê as she was known by her co-workers and customers worked for JC Penney for 28 years. She was a dedicated and loyal JC Penney employee winning ( "many" ) and I mean many customer service awards as well as several company achievement awards. In the many years that she worked for JC Penney she trained and worked with many people who loved her so very much. She was also very loved by her many loyal customers. I her fiance could not believe that at her retirement four years ago that after her many dedicated years of employment she did not get a party, watch or cake or any real kind of acknowledgement as former other associates did in the past (my heart truly broke for her) the only thing that she received was a plaque which I may ad had her name misspelled on it. What broke my heart most of all is that after 28 devoted years JC Penney could not even send flowers to her funeral when she passed away on July 3rd. 2018. Sannde loved her job at JC Penney and was so very, very dedicated to the company and to her many customers and after she retired talked about how she missed her job, coworkers and customers so very, very much. From were I stand I think that her loyalty and dedication was truly misdirected to an unappreciative and cold hearted company as JC Penney is . I did not expect or did I receive any kind of response or acknowledgement from JC Penney on this truly callus and cold hearted lack of appreciation or respect for a very dedicated and truly loyal deceased employee.
Sanndê's Fiance,
Bert E. Kavich
