Hello first of all I'd like to say I love your product. That beimg said I had an issue today. I ordered a meal near my house when I got off of work I work about 30 min away from the resturant. I ordered a pickup time at 715 and placed it arpund 644. I got to popeyes at 4103 First Missouri credit union dr. Near arnold Mo. The lobby was closed ao I had to take the drive thru. It took a long time. The car in front of me got up there and waited for around 7 min. Then got their food. I proceded to the front at this point it was around 740 45. They gave my food immediatley. So my food was getting cold while they were waiting on her food. I don't understand why they did not have her or anyone pull up. They even have color cordinated spots in the parking lot. Like I said I love your guys' food but I will give it one more go and if this is the seevice that is pumped out at this location I will no longer be a customer. Thank you for you understanding and consideration.
Desired outcome: Maybe a coupon since my food got cold am apology and most importantly that they start pulling people up when they can or should.
