Purchased a stove/range on the 15 of February, the purchase was an emergency because the valve on my old stove stuck and I had no shut-off value attached to the lead gas pipe from the wall. The gas company had to send someone out to shut the gas off. When I purchased the stove I paid to have them delivery, installation and to removed the old stove. Since I had no shut off I wanted to buy one and have it installed since I already paid for the install. Long story short I have a nice brand new range/stove in the middle of my kitchen simply because I couldn't get a part that cost less than $20 and get the free-lance moving company to transport my $600 stove I now am the proud owner of cooking equipment that I can not use, also it was nearly impossible to negotiate with the store where I bought it (on-line) and definitely couldn't get the delivery people to do anything barely got them to drop the item off. Overall it turn a pleasant shopping experience into a nightmare. Thanks home depot I will never shop there again no matter how much money I could save
