I went to the Popeyes on 1074 E Countyline Rd on yesterday 7/20 for my lunchbreak and I spent 45 min in the drive thru which was really crazy and I would have drove off if I wasn't ordering for my coworkers and when I finally get to the window I told the young lady that I had 3 separate orders and was told that I could only do 2 and that I would have to get back in line to order the 3rd order which was not right and I have been to other locations and never had a problem. I began to place my 2 orders and then the young lady tells me that there is no spicy chicken that I will have to wait 15 min and she began saying something else which confused me so I began to ask her a question and she asked you gone order or not and the manager in the background telling her that she didn't have to answer any of my questions and that was very unprofessional. I got to the window, and she just reached for the card so I'm asking her which order and you has an attitude so by this time I just had it but my boyfriend was on phone with me the whole time and kept me calm. I ordered a frozen strawberry lemonade with one of the 2 orders, and it wasn't frozen just watery and when she gave to me, she said huh (here). I had to go back to work with nothing to eat because my break was over, and I hadn't eaten since 12pm. I was just so distasteful and none of your customers should be treated the way that I was.
