KFC - No Gravy.

We ordered a 12 pc Meal & they didn't put any Gravy in the bag. 3 sides, 1 coleslaw, 2 potato & 2 gravy. No Gravy! We would have went back but it was across town & we were hungry. I should note that this was my 65th Birthday Dinner. I usually do not go to that store but we were pretty much right there so we stopped. The Restaurant is #F275019 The Ticket number was #4034. The lady that took our order was super nice! I remember that kind of customer service but I haven't seen it for a very long time! Marilyn is the name on the ticket. She's older and is on oxygen but the service she gave us was unbelievable! I think she should train others on how to treat a Customer Right! In any case, you really need to give her a raise!

Desired outcome: Refund? a Coupon? How much? I want to be fair because I know mistakes happen. The bad part is this was my Birthday Dinner for turning 65 so it was special. Maybe a coupon for a 12pc meal to try again? Let me know what you decide. Jenny 73

Wow! Trying to make it look like I responded when I didn't? You need help! In my last message I said that I pity you and will pray for you. I still pity you but no amount of prayer will help you! Please seek professional help before somebody figures out where you live! There are people out there just looking for [censored] like you. If one of them finds you, you may not live to talk about it. If someone does find you just remember that you asked for it!

I wasn't being mean with my comments, why are you being mean now? Is your life so bad that you have to make everybody else's life as bad as yours? I pity you and I'm praying for you. 73

I am on a tight budget, so I want the refund besides they banned me from the store for hitting a child who was crying a baby basically. I am 73 years old and they threatened to call the cops on me because the baby did not stop crying so I hit it and gave it something to cry for

KFC - Service staff

Horrific service just now at kfc on gloster and garfield! Ordered at drive thru, asked to pull up to wait on food and realized several people waiting! 40 min later still waiting on 3 ckn strips food delivered wrong with attitude! Remind me not to go back!

Lady delivering food to cars was shaking her head and complaining about customers! Also no receipt

Desired outcome: Better service!
