The pharmacy in Bozeman repeatedly sent texts that prescriptions had been filled, then when I arrived it had not done so. I could wait, though I was traveling but others arrived expecting that the prescription had been filled and had to leave because they were from different towns. The staff was rude and intolerant, especially to older people. The manager was unable to address various problems. The standard over the counter medicine had been inexplicably shelved in areas that I’d never seen before. What a mess!
Desired outcome: New manager.
CVS - Pharmacy
Like many before me; I too am overly frustrated with CVS today. My daughter's IMPORTANT prescription was called in by her doctor on the 13th, it is now the 30th and CVS (I believe) has yet to fill it; though I can't be sure because we never got the automated text we usually do, and I can get them on the phone. Sat on hold for 40 minutes earlier today to be hung up on. Immediately called back and have now been on hold for an hour. Looks like I'll have to go sit in their hour long line to discuss in person; and I believe I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere; which sucks because they're the closest/most convenient pharmacy to my house.
Desired outcome: answer the bleeping phone!
