I placed my lunch order today at noon for six piece kid’s meal (indoor dining). I waited and waited. After 25 minutes, everyone in front of me received their order. The only person who had a clue in the restaurant finally asked me for my receipt and said he would fill it himself. I asked for fresh nuggets since I had waited for so long. About five minutes later, my order was ready (it’s now been 30 minutes). There were no napkins or silverware to be found. At that point, I said screw it and just tried to eat. I did see people ask for napkins and they were given what looked like paper towels. My fries were cold and so was the biscuit but I had to eat something because I am a diabetic. I have given this location four tries and they have only succeeded once. This place needs some serious management help!
