Truist Bank (formerly BB&T Bank) - stole money from me

Bb&t charged me four separate forty dollar over draft fees and then would not take a single one off.. When I went into bb&t, 220 e chatham street, cary n. C. 27511, I was told I would have to speak to ashley scott the bank manger. She was by far the worst possible bank manger, she had no personality or customer service skills. She talked to us rude and told us that there is nothing she will do. She didn't try she didn't speak to us about the problem or try to fix anything I cannot believe that she would treat long time patrons of her bank like that.. I cannot stand bb&t and I took all my funds out and you all should do the same

BB&T bank is the worse. They stole from me to. I had a manager laugh at me in front of everyone. She got wrote up for it and she was rude and ugly also. All there employees are rude and hateful. I have an issue with a women at BB&T that I will not give up on getting her job. What she done to me and my family and my mother she needs to held responsible for her actions.

Well BB&T's OD fees are $35...but other than that...the managers have no authority to refund fees if the computer system says no. They can request it, but that's basically at their discretion.

I don't have enough information to comment further - how it happened, why, etc.
