I visited this establishment for the first time on 5/9/2023. The managers were unprofessional and the employees not personable. I heard the managers complaining about someone coming in late and threatening to fire them. I could hear their conversation clearly as they were right in front of me, standing on the other side of the counter. When I finally had someone come to the counter, he did not ask to take my order. He stated "what can I get you?". He gave me cups for me to pour my own drinks. The machine was out of the kind I wanted, so I asked if the drink machine could be refilled. While I waited for my order and the drink machine to be refilled, I observed several employees (about 5 people) walk into work all together. They came in and walked around, started chatting with the employees who were already there. No one washed their hands or clocked in or greeted/acknowldeged anyone standing by the register waiting to place their order. After about 7 minutes of all of this, the manager finally came out and told them (while clapping his hands) "grab a head seat and start working and the next time y'all come in late and don't call nobody don't bother coming in cuz you aint got a job. This is not a playground, this is a restaurant. Y'all can't be coming in no 30 minutes late and don't call nobody". Everyone in the restaurant heard this conversation. The lobby was dirty with used napkins, straw wraps, and half drinks left on the tables. The area where the drink machine was located in was also dirty with stuff all over the counter. After 20 minutes, I finally got my order. Went home to eat as the tables were dirty. When I got home, I realized my order was incorrect. I drove back to the restaurant and waited about 15 minutes before someone asked, "what you need?". I told the woman I ordered regular chicken and received spicy chicken. She did not apologize for the inconvenience. She grabbed 4 pieces of chicken with a pair of tongues threw them in a box and slid it on the counter for me to take. I have never been to a fast-food restaurant where everything about my experience was bad. The bad service, the dirty store, and the managers unprofessionalism was beyond appalling. That was the first and the last time I will set foot in that store.
Desired outcome: I would like to speak to the owner himself/herself and explain to me what he/she is doing to correct the problems that caused my experience to be so horrible.
