On Sunday, July 17th I arrived at Captain D's drive thru around 3:15pm to order lunch for my coworkers and I who work at Duke Hospital. My order number 0125. I purchased a 4oz tartar sauce and was charged $0.39. When I arrived to the drive thru window Tiffany never communicated that they did not have the 4oz tartar sauce available that I paid for or asked if I would like the money to be placed back on my card. She instead gave me 3 tartar sauce and 2 cocktail sauce (which I did not ask for).
Desired outcome: I think Tiffany should be mindful of how she treats customers. I don't need a refund it was only $0.39, its more of the principle behind the service I was given.
