Dollar Tree

I am writing to review the worst experience I have ever had as a customer. I just moved to the area and made a large purchase at dt. Turns out I didn't need all of the items, some of which were unopened food and I had the receipt. I proceeded to the closest dt and eas immediately grossed out by how dirty the store was. When I told the ignorant, slow cashier I had a return her attitude was immediately when she saw food items and told me I had to wait for the manager. And wait I did. She saw nothing wrong with me standing there twenty minutes, never called to the back, and never offered to return my non food items. The manager turned out to be a slovenly assistant manager even ruder than the cashier (alicia?) she lectured me about returning non food items and then passed the buck to the actual manager stating I could come back to talk to him. After wasting 30 minutes of my time I proceeded to take out the non food items from return. After seeing my frustration she proceeded to refuse to return anything and threaten to call 911. I did not curse, raise my voice, or threaten her in any way. I was spoken down to, ignored, amd insulted from 2 women on the saddest version of a power trip i've ever seen. Do not visit this store. Ps: another store exchanged everything including those food items.
