I placed 2 online orders in the store today Aug 20. I didn't like the way chicken and biscuits looked. The chicken had little coating and the biscuits looked uncooked. The cashier was very unprofessional and nasty. The Manager was dirty looking and would not approach the counter to try to correct the problem. I left the food in the store, #72 & #75, $7.48 each. These charges are pending on my credit. I was given 2 $10.00 reward dollars for future orders. I will not be going back to this store with these very unprofessional people working there. Therefore, the $20 reward dollars will do me no good, the next Popeyes is located in Virginia.
