Today I placed a order 00086 drive thru capt ds in lumberton, nc
Fish and more. With fries and okra fries not fully cooked and cool, shrimp hard as rock and could not eat 3 of them. Fish under cooked, when I took a bite water squirted out.
2nd order
3 piece fish. Fries again not cooked thru and cool, fish same thing when you bite into it water squirted out. Like under cooked.
The 5 piece ad on shrimp was over cooked and hard.
I called to speak to the manager. I told her all this and she said we have to come back with the receipt to get a full refund.
Later my husband went back with receipt to get refund. She said you have to bring the uneaten food back with you.
I get a call from captain ds and they mumble something and hung up. I called back took 3 calls before someone answered. I asked to speak to the manager.
I said this is lynda someone called me and I didnt understand what they wanted she said no one called me. I said I spoke to her earlier about the bad food. She said I spoke to a cashier. I said she told me she was the manager. I also said she never told me to bring the food back with receipt. She said I am lying the cashier said she told me that. Why would I lie. She said no one called me. I said its right here on my cell phone. She would not give us refund. As we already thru out the dinner what was not edible. It was dark by this time and we dont go out after dark. This is not the first time their food is under cooked, or lukewarm. I didnt appreciate being called a liar. They lied to me twice, one it was not the manager although she said she was. 2nd they said no one called me when apparently it is on my phone as they did. We will not be back.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund. AS I was told we could get.
