Hello my name is Jackie Lovette in Lumberton, NC, store in question 3301 Fayetteville Rd, Lumberton, NC 28358, [protected]...Email: [protected]@icloud.com I was at this place of business on October 3rd, 2022 to place and order on my way home. I used the drive thru to place my order there was three cars ahead of me. I placed my order it was chicken tenders i payed for my order and was told to pull up and i would have to way for my order so i did. I wanted for some 20 minutes still have not gotten my order so i pulled up and parked the doors to business was locked i could not get in so i waited in the drive thru again got to the window and asked have you forgetten my order i pulled up again the some 10 minutes later i finally got my order, and was told we only have three people working. For a place of business this is not acceptable I can not support a business that has this kind of service. The term fast food does not apply anymore it seems everyone is using Covid 19 to hide behind poor service. At Wendy's doors locked must use drive thru, McDonalds I have to use drive thru or if i go in i have to use the kesos to place and order and now Popeyes it seems customer service is no longer important is this what it has come to. I believe this business is in place to make money if this service keeps up I can not see it staying in business long term. I did not get a receipt so all you have is my word i was there it was about 6:00 pm when i was there.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund for two 3 pcs chicken tenders meals and a apology for the poor service and put customer service first and foremost.
Popeyes - Product
There are too many incidents, and I don't save receipts. I've been several times at 9:30 and ask for a certain item and they say we're not cooking anything else tonight and we're out of that item but don't close til 12. I constantly go and order my son chicken strips. He has a throat issue so can't eat spicy food and every time he bites into them, they are spicy. I go and order spicy chicken, and maybe 2 out of 10 times my chicken is fresh enough for me to eat. The last two times I went I could bite through the skin and the white meat was dry as if it had been sitting there all day. It looked old and dried up in the box. I love visiting the popeyes in Fayetteville, NC and Dillon, SC, they are very nice and food is always fresh. Something needs to be done. I've wasted a lot of money at this restaurant. I live 15 minutes away and get home to bad food and don't want to drive back to town, makes you frustrated. I've started looking at it now but they say mam that's what we have. It's so unprofessional, and I work very hard for my money and refuse to spend it where it's not appreciated.
Desired outcome: Get people in there that care or bring someone down to retrain them.
