After hearing about Walmart Plus, I thought this would be a great option because I'm dealing directly with a Walmart employee. I decided to try it by paying for a year subscription. This was a huge mistake. I've had nothing but issues with my orders. I place my orders ahead of time and choose a window time for no reason. They don't ever deliver it on time, which was supposed to be the reason I paid the extra money for Walmart Plus. The only update I receive is that my order is delayed and they will contact me with updates. After not hearing from them for hours, I called the store just to be put on hold for so long that I end up getting disconnected. After getting disconnected at the store, I call the corporate office and they say they will help me. Well, that's a complete lie. All they do is try to contact the store. Then said they could cancel the whole order and replace it along with a 25-dollar promo code. This is nothing but a scam for them to take advantage of loyal customers. I will be ending my membership and no longer be a paying customer of a company that doesn't care about its customers.
Desired outcome: I just want Walmart to deliver my order, give me my money back for my Walmart Plus membership and compensate for all the issues I've had since I've been a Walmart plus member. Not just a $25 promo code card.
