Spectrum.com - dishonest customer service and fluctuating prices

I have been a loyal customer for many years to this company. There prices have always fluctuated but never enough to irritate me to post on a message forum until the last couple months. I want to scream to the world how many lies that I hear from representatives and I do not get reimbursed from the TIME I SPEND every SINGLE month on the phone with their customer support. I have to "RESET" their equipment that I pay 180.00 for every month. I think that if you pay that much for a service that they should come out at their time and convenience to reset MY BOX. I have to take the time to call in every month due to an outrageous bill and new taxes. This month in particular I was on the Triple Play Promotion and the representative got me to switch my Phone Carrier from Vonage to Time Warner Cable and I regret the decision totally. They promised me my first bill would be 160.00 and after that 135.00, then it came to pass my first bill was 270.00. I was outraged and spent 2 hours on the phone with the Retention department and the billing department. I am currently in the Process of cancelling the Internet Service and Getting CenturyLink DSL due to being LIED to, not because of the money, I hate to be LIED TO and that is all that happens here lately with Time Warner Cable. I hate that TIme Warner Cable doesn't care about it's customers and that my 15 years of loyalty doesn't matter, I have debated launching a Facebook Campaign explaining the advantages of finding an alternative to Time Warner Cable because of the Lies they have fed me. I am fed up with it and I wish someone upstairs in their Executive Department would see these words but that's a Shot in the Dark, because they are a "Big Corporation" and the little people just don't matter no more. They want to get you on the phone, they want to lie to you to get you in a contract, so when the bill comes you will just go with it even though you are mad. I know what they try to do, and their policy is to just get you to sign up at all costs, I just hope that people will choose respectable competitors and trade in DISRESPECT for a few more dollars, this is my complaint and I hate Time Warner Cable and their Customer Services.
