Since Spectrum bought out Time Warner I have been a customer. And I was with Time Warner for 10 years at least. I have tried to be a loyal customer but enough is enough. I was paying $135 for what was supposably premium Internet and Premium channel line up. Slowly about every 3 months the price has been creeping up. It got to about $200 and I tried talking to the managers but little help. Creeped up to $235 and coomplained again . Told them that I was paying more than what they were advertising and they said it was ONLY for New customers only. That doesn't make any sense to leave out the loyal customers. They lowered the price but took away some channels like I would not notice. After a while the price started creeping up again. $240 $245 $249 NOW $272. The discount expired. WTH. That is BS. and now I'm just going to get rid of the cable TV and stick with the Internet only for now.Get a Roku and stream everything. Then find a different provider. Looking into Starlink. If Spectrum treats customers like this I hope they all leave.
