I have been using CVS since I just moved to North Carolina 10 months ago. There is some very shady things going on at this facility. In the past they have lost my antidepressant Zoloft had to give me another one and so I was left with less refills. My concern is not only is it poor customer service and the employees are very rude and clearly hate their job. My issue is that I went in to CVS 12/18/22 to pick up meds (5 rx) when I counted one of my medications it was 10 pills short which is 5 days of medication missing. I was told to call back the next day for them to review footage and pictures which would be great! The person just passed the problem on to someone else to handle I suppose. I want this documented so that is can be investigated. I'm concerned these boys are taking medication from patients because this is not the first time losing medication not having enough and not circling the number of controlled substances during their pill count. They are uneducated of how to transfer medications from other pharmacies they are uneducated about insurances. I do not have insurance and whenever I ask for my GoodRx or single care to be put on file they say it is but then they use whatever they feel like and do not care if people don't have insurance and have to pay full price due to laziness. I am paying hundreds of dollars for prescriptions that are cheaper when I look online and call other facilities. They often get caught in their lie with other family members and their medications also. I would like their credentials checked. My theory is if you don't like your job don't work there life is hard enough then to have to deal with miserable people. Social media helps warn others but it does not fix the problem.~ in the pictures you will find that they are not using GoodRx or single care they did not count and circle they controlled substance in the picture.
Desired outcome: I want my medication reviewed on footage and I want someone to get to the bottom of this this is not the first time. They also have lost my depression medication before. They are extremely rude and clearly hate their job.

Same problem with one in Greensboro NC,
They become very condescending In their attitudes towards any one who questioned their process. Been getting me and my wife meds their for a while, it used to fairly simple thing. Now it's a damn act of Congress to get anything done.
They need to understand a simple fact, you where hired to fill meds and nothing else, I don't need any telling me about what or which one I can fill or can't. That what ma Doctor does for me.
