I went to CVS to pick up pain medicine for my mother on Saturday Memorial Day weekend. I had a price dispute on the previous prescription.. As I was trying to explain the situation the pharmacist spoke over me and said you are not listening. I will not argue with you. I explained that I would bring my prior receipt for proof. I was told it did not matter about the receipt and as a matter of fact quote: I will keep my drugs and you can go somewhere else. I tried to explain that it being a weekend I could not get another prescription until Tuesday following the holiday. She replied: I dont care, I will not sell this to you... I have never experienced such disrespect and nasty attitude... I never raised my voice or used any fowl language... This pharmacy and these actions resulted in my mother having to endure the entire weekend without any pain medicine. She needs this daily for severe pain. Following the incident: I informed the store manager of the situation... They have permanently lost my business. If this is how they treat people they should close their doors.
Desired outcome: I would love for the pharmacist to be reprimanded on her behavior and not treat anyone else the way I was treated.......
