I went through the drive through at the Popeyes location in Roxboro NC on Durham Road around lunch time. Order was received but I did not realize that my debit card was not returned. Later that night, I received an alert from my bank that my debit card was being used. I called the bank and closed the bank card. I then realized that the card was left at popeyes. I called the next morning and reported the incident to Raquan who then notified the supervisor (Ms. Crystal). Ms. Crystal did verify that one of her employees reported that a customer had left a card but the employee did not give it to her. I filed a police report and they identified the employee who had my card. The card was retrieved and charges are pending against the employee.
Claimed loss: $5000
Desired outcome: Compensation for trauma
Popeyes - Employee service
I order my food and when I ask a question they ignore me. They put drinks in tray and didn't properly set them and 1 drink dumped in my floorboard and another tipped over in my seat. They only replaced one of them they gave me a few paper towels and said have a nice day. No I'm sorry, or do you need anything or nothing. This is the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. No professionalism at all. This is not the first time I've had problems with them. They don't wear their masks properly and they are coughing all over the place. Email is [protected]@yahoo.com.
