I gave your designer 2 week ago my professional design for my kitchen. It had all the cabinet numbers and such. I did ask her to move a pantry and place a cabinet in its place so I could see if it would work and it would meet code for clearance. That's all I asked for. She said she couldnt do it right away but I would have it within a week. All the other places I had been to could do it while I waited. I was price comparing and seeing the different qualities between the stores so I could get the best for my money. She sent me an email and said she had been busier than normal and i would have it by Sunday of this week. It is Sunday and she left the store without sending my design. I am now supposed to get it Monday. The guy that answered the phone told me she was with customers and put me on hold to see if she would talk to me. He then told me she left which I know she didnt because my friend was in there and said she was standing there doing nothing! I am under the impression customers are of no importance to your employees at all and you do not want my business or my money. No one asks you if you need help, they run the other way if they see you walking towards them. You often see them clustered together just chatting. I can see why Lowes is much busier than your stores. I'm not important to you or your business.
