The new set of questions that are asked by the associates I believe are very rude and condescending. For instances I get fish from here, every single time someone new is working this dept. They ask what size tank do you have? To me this is none of their business if they are going to go ahead and tell me about the fact that said fish cannot live in a certain tank... Ive has fish for a very very long time and I feel very offensive and get defensive when asked this every single time!
Then to make matters worse when asking about new dog foods put on the shelf's there. Which I was curtly informed that is your brand made by petsmart called authority. When I asked about the production of it and the measures taken in making it. She couldn't answer a single question and became defensive and if you can't bother to even tell me where in the us it's produced and everything else then why would I purchase it?
Besides the fda has said multiple times as well as vets that grain free is extremely bad for dogs but yet you produce it?
Also, before all associates were aware of animal Perimeters/needs bet yet the newer associates being trained don't know anything when it comes to their dept. Or if they have to cover for another associate.
I've been coming to this store for 15 yrs now and getting things for the animals I've cared for, but slowly and surely it is progressively going down hill the only reason why I continue to even come here in for one associate in particular and if she leaves you will never get my business again. It will go to petco or better yet a local store.
Please fix your stores and the way your associates! Very frustrating. Yes, if giving the opportunity I would fix said issues! Thanks
