There's an employee that works in merchandise putting stuff on shelves or manages workers to organize that has been working there for a while. We have encountered her two times now. Not sure her name, but we have a child (8 year old) that doesn't always listen and is learning to fix what she has done to correct herself since she is on the spectrum. This woman has approached us on two separate occasions walking up to our child that has put something on the floor. First time was a stuffed animal second time was a suitcase. We are the parents teaching her not to be disrespectful with things we are not buying. But this worker approaches her without our consent like we don't even exist grabbing whatever she has say the suitcase open on the floor she was looking inside because we were. Our child was in the process of picking it up but she intruded making us feel like we can't even browse before we buy. She was rushing her to pick it up. Which she has no right to. Felt uncomfortable just not right. I would just like all your employees to be spoken to about not talking to children who are with their adult. Having an item on the floor is not a big deal. The store has items that can get dusty anyways just sitting on the shelf. No one was horsing around just minding our own business shopping and watching our kid she wasnt on her own just joining what we where doing. In the end we decided not to buy anything because this was the second time she has done this to us.
Desired outcome: I would just like to feel more welcomed in the store, Dont aproach child. You never know what issues a child could have. Don't get mad about merchandise on the floor people are actively shopping for.

Walmart - Profiling a 13 year old
Hello Today I was shopping at Somersworth Walmart as I usually do when a women approached my mom and informed her that I was being followed by a man probably in his late 40s my mom said thank you for letting us know and we went on with our shopping. as a black girl in America this is normal getting followed in stores because they think you are stealing but this was different. this man was following me even when I was not with my mom and when I would turn around, he would act like he was looking at something on the shelf. I finally had enough and confronted him. I asked him why he was following me, was there something I had done. I ate a candy bar earlier in my shopping but I had the rapper so I could scan it at check out. He was just staring at me being silent so I went on with my shopping thinking he would go away now that I had confronted him, but he didn't he was still following me. he was really creeping me out, so I just stayed with my mom instead of leaving her because this made me feel very uncomfortable. even once time I turned around and he was looking at me thru the shelf hole because he thought I couldn't see him. I didn't like this at all, and I don't think I will be shopping here again if this continues.
Walmart - No registers open for cash
I went into the Somersworth, NH. store and there was no cash registers open for cash. I am disabled and the worker said I would have to walk down to the home goods to cash out. This is not the first time and when I buy groceries there and bring reusable bags, I am told that they are not allowed to pack the bags. I would have to do it. It is wrong and I use a cane and unable to hold the bags open with one hand.
If this happens again to me. I will file a complaint to disability rights commission. Your consumers should be able to go into the store and pay with cash, without having to walk down to home goods. I can't walk that far unless you want me fall flat on my face. That is why they have different door and there parking.
The company is more important to make the money, instead of hiring cashiers. You want your consumers to do the work themselves. I will not ever buy from the company again and believe me when I tell people about this situation, you will loose more.
Unsatified customer,
Beth Lizotte
Desired outcome: I want my rights to be taken seriously..
