They have performed my last few oil changes, but I had a problem with my car running really rough about 2 months ago. I took it to them, and they said they ran a diagnostic, but couldn't pinpoint the issue. I decided to let it go and see if it happened again. In the meantime, I got new tires, but they broke a lug and initially didn't want to fix it. I reported them, and after being contacted, they eventually fixed it.
Now, 2 months later, I needed windshield washer fluid, so I went to pop my hood, only to find that the release hood latch in the car is broken. The last people to touch my car were the ones at the service center. How did they perform a diagnostic without opening the hood? How did they do an oil change without opening the hood? I am extremely angry. As an older person on a fixed income, this is not the kind of treatment I expect. They let me leave without informing me that they had broken my hood latch, knowing that my hood wouldn't open if I got stuck. It is highly unprofessional, and I wouldn't trust them to touch a bicycle, let alone a car.
Desired outcome: dont care, this has to be fixed imed. im old i need my car to go to doctors, im just so angry that they do this to people. what kind of a place is this, where do these people who fix cars go to school?????
