For about six months I've been complaining about my Silver script card. The Flyers I get in the mail for 30% off or 20% off are not usable so every time I call and think it's resolved, it's not resolved! The flyer must not have the correct number on it because it's always declined after shopping for 20 minutes I spend 20 to 30 minutes in line wondering why the card hasn't been fixed. I just spent 40 minutes on the phone at the shop CVS 800 number and the person didn't know how to fix my problem so she sent me to another agent. I was on hold there for 15 minutes and then it told me to hang up and try again so I wasted probably almost an hour trying to fix my issue of a discount flyer I get that doesn't match my card. You tell me I fixed it again each time I called before but it is not fixed so I wait another 20 minutes at the cash register while the manager has to help me out and he says to call shop CVS, so I do. And it's not fixed the next time I get a flyer and try to use it. I'm kind of fed up .
