The pharmacy department is very unorganized and staff was rude. I had to wait in line 3 different times to receive my RX because they couldn't find my prescription. They told me my doctor didn't call it in when I had just come from my doctor. So now after waiting in a line for 15 minutes, I had to get off and call my doctor back for them to tell me, no, we sent it, they just probably can't find it. So, I had to go back in line at Walgreens after I had already been there and wait again, just to tell them that information, for the workers to still say no they don't have it. I told them they did, and eventually a different worker happened to find it. After 45 minutes, another worker had completed my prescription but then just left it on the table in the back knowing that I've been waiting for over 45 minutes. After waiting more, I finally went up to the counter and Had to ask the worker to check me out because I'm in a rush and have been waiting and my prescription has been ready.. she was doing something else behind the counter when there was a line of customers waiting to be helped.. she apologized and said sorry for the wait, after she could tell I was annoyed, but then didn't know how to complete the computer order as I checked out which took another 5 minutes to do. The fact that I had to ask the worker to check me out after I had been waiting for so long was inconsiderate to the customer. Also, they were rude to other customers who didn't speak English. The workers were speaking about them aloud for the public to hear and rolling their eyes at the elder lady who had trouble understanding what they were telling her. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience when I was sick and waiting for a simple prescription. I have always been a valued Walgreens customer, but I will not being returning to the cliffside Park Walgreens. I suggest you speak to the workers in the pharmacy department about how they treat/respond to customers.
