I had ordered a refill for two medicines through the CVS pharmacy. When I went to collect it they told me they only filled one and that the other one they did not have it. They said something about their warehouse and production supply. I asked them if they could see if another CVS had it and send it to them but they said no and I need to cone back in about 2 weeks or go to Wallmart or another pharmacy to get it refilled. I called your CVS customer service and will now get it shipped to me in 2 business days. I don't know how your CVS staff are being trained but noone even bothered to see if they could assist and its left to me to figure it out.
