PC Richard & Son - Stove

I will never buy from pc richard & sons again. I own aparments and have to replace damaged stoves. Pc richards delivered a stove range with a missing part. I was told to expect the part in the mail but after a month of waiting the part never arrived. Another manager reordered the part but nothing arrived after three more weeks of waiting. I spoke with another manager who said they don't have a part available and he ordered a replacement stove. Their pc richard delivery worker damaged the oven door and badly scratched my steps. I got the runaround with trying to get the damaged stove and steps repared. Eventually, I got a worker from their coorporate office to replace the damaged oven door. It took three months for all this to get resolved. I no longer trust pc richards since they were not truthful about not having the missing part in the first place. Furthermor, their delivery workers were not trained on the proper way to remove and reinstall an oven door. Poor service!
