After months of dealing with a refrigerator that freezes just about everything in the refrigerator, PC Richards finally agreed to replace the unit. I should also mention that their repairman came out in January and replaced parts; he then said it would take a couple of hours for the refrigerator/freezer to get cold. Well, the unit never got cold and we lost EVERYTHING in the refrigerator and freezer! When the repairman came back, he said he forgot to connect the new part and turn on the unit! PC Richards didn't seem to care about this at all and reiterated many times that they do not cover loss of food. Thursday, 2/20/25 I received a text stating that the unit was in and to contact the store to arrange delivery. Delivery was scheduled for Saturday, 2/22/25. On Friday, 2/21/25 I received a call that the unit was not in and would not be delivered. I was then told to come to the Brick store and choose another model as the replacement model would not be available for some time and that I should just get something else. I was also told that it would be ok if it was more expensive because of all that I had been through. We arrived at the store on 2/22/25 and were then told to pick a "loaner" and that the other unit would be delivered when it was in stock. This is ridiculous! I don't want a loaner; this is a horrible way to treat customers! I have been using a mini fridge for months now and don't want to have to deal with waiting for delivery, moving all of the stuff from the freezer into a loaner, etc. What a waste of time!
Recommendation: Do not use this company! I
