Do Not Buy - They don't back up products with warranty
Do not purchase a Shark Vacuum. I have a 5 year warranty (in year 4) and am having problems with the motorized head attachment. Went through the trouble shooting with the rep who said I need a new vacuum head. Unfortunately, it is not covered under warranty. I asked them how can the vacuum head not be covered. She said it is a wearable item. What nonsense. I will never purchase another Shark Vacuum again.

I purchased a Ninja Creami machine. However, Fedex (Ninja company works with them), unfortunately did not bring the package to my home. Even though I was at home, they leave it on the back door without my permission, it was big and expensive package. At the end, I didn't receive my package (as expected). The product I paid for was stolen and no one helped me in this regard. Even though I had a police report and saying that I did not receive the package, Ninja refused to refund or reorder the product, so they did nothing. I will never buy any product again from Ninja company, which does not stand by the consumer.
Ninja Foodi Neverstick cookware
This is the 3rd time I've had problems with this cookware and at this point I'm no longer interested in replacements pieces. I have attached pictures so you can see what the problem is since it's easier to see the problem than to explain it.
I'm no longer interested in dealing with Ninja customer service and if I don't get a satisfactory response I will file a complaint with the local Attorney General's office.
Desired outcome: I want a full refund, and a pre paid lable to ship this worthless cookwoare back to them

I ordered a replacement filter from this company for the HC500 Series Air Purifier that I have. The filter that was originally suggested to me by one of their reps. was 7 1/2 inches high. The Rep. swore up and down this was the correct filter. When I got it home it was no where near the correct filter. The filter for this machine is 17 1/2 inches high. So on 7/6 I sent it back to them through UPS: tracking #1Z595A770332086619. The order number for this returned filter was: [protected]. This company has had my filter for nearly a month and have not reimbursed me for this filter they received back. My refund should be $79.46. I telephoned them over 7 times regarding this issue. Twice, two Reps told me they were going to escalate this refund. I received to verification numbers for this: 1.[protected], the 2nd ticket;;[protected], and I still do not have my refund for the filter that has been in their position for almost a month. The end of this week will be a month. They keep promising the process of my refund but I have not received anything verifying this. I should receive a Credit Refund memo, which I have not received.

On 6/19 I placed an order with Homedics, on their website for a replacement filter. Order #[protected], for $68.58. On June 22 I received a delivery notice from Fed Ex (tracking #[protected]). It was delivered to an address in Brooklyn, and I live in Manhattan. The address was clearly written on Homedics Website. When I called fed ex for an explanation and to inform them that that address was "not" my address I live in Manhattan, not Brooklyn. Homedics sent this order to a wrong address. Fed Ex told me to contact Homedics and have them call Fed Ex, giving them permission to "retrieve" the package. I immeditel telephone Homedics and told them what Fed Ex said. Homedics told me that they could not do that. I telephoned Fed Ex again, and they said to tell Homedics to file a "lost package claim". I again contacted Homedics and told them what Fed Ex said. Homedics refused to do that too. In the end they have my refund and my replacement filter and I have nothing. Homedics told me that "they were not going to do nothing for me". That is the exact words one of their Reps told me named Mark, and Monique.
Customer service
I purchased a vacuum with a lifetime warranty in 2018. I have had to call a few times for parts. Usually pretty easy to do. Hardest part is getting them to understand the RIGHT PART I NEED. For some reason they refuse to believe we know anything about the product. So, this time, I log into my online account and every single purchase I have ever made direct from Shark/Ninja is GONE. Removed from my account, including 2 from this year! Thank God I saved all my emails from them, or I would have no record of anything I bought. I have inquired about this 4 times now. They either don't know, or they are doing system maintenance and give it another 24 hours. It has been almost 2 weeks now. Still nothing in my online account! I have requested 4 times to speak to a manager about this and I get told no one available but they put in a ticket, and someone will call me back in 24 hours. Still nothing 11 days later.
The reason I logged into the account was for my vacuum roller not stopping. The vacuum has 3 floor settings on hard the back brush stops, when I stand vacuum up while still on, the roll stops. Now it does not stop, the vacuum goes across the floor by itself. I call now for this and my online acct. I say we need the part with the brush roll, the motor and wand have been replaced recently. They send me the motor pod, again. I call again and get told if that didn't fix my issue then it broke. They had me cut my cord and told me I would receive my new one in 3-5 days. 5 days later I login because I don't have it yet. It has not shipped yet! I call back, now it's they need to receive the pod back before they will ship the replacement vacuum. I'm like, that's not what she said. Now I have no vacuum for like 2 weeks! Again no manager to be found! I still have no vacuum, none of my prior purchases in my online account and no one to speak to about it. Every number online for them leads back to the same place! No customer service email, NOTHING! They lost a customer, I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
Desired outcome: A phone call to fix my online account. I should see all of my prior purchases still with my warranty information. My vacuum replacement to be shipped so I have one since they refused to believe all I needed was a part!
shark stratus
I called to order the $300 Shark Stratus. Infomercial said it came with a free steam mop, if you call right now. She said I didn't pay attention to it because to get the steam I had to buy the $700 vacuum. We disagreed about this and she got started screaming at me, then connected me to a recording saying I was a repeat harassing caller and charges were being filed against me, resulting in jail time. So they want to send me to jail for making one, I repeat One phone call to ask questions.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology and for your operator to be trained/retrained in customer service. I would also like to stay out of jail since I'm bedridden and dying. I only wanted to make cleaning easier for my caregiver.
Vacuum
I purchased the VIP warranty and when I ordered a replacement part for my vacuum that was under warranty they said I needed to pay for shipping I argued for a while, but eventually gave in and gave my cc info. Well this was a brand new cc and had never left my house. A week later I had fraudulent charges applied to said cc. When I called shark warranty dept because I knew it was them. They told me I should NOT have paid for the shipping and a person "higher up" would return my call. No call back and I've been given the run around ever since. Please beware of shark ninja warranty dept they will steal your money! I am getting a lawyer involved
Foodi Grill/Griddle
I've had the Grill/Griddle--my 3rd Ninja appliance in the last several years -- since Nov/2021, and now your Customer Service tells me the 'SHUT LID' error is not repairable so it has become a piece of junk I spent over $300 with your company, and because your cheap 1 year warranty conveniently has expired, you want me to dish out another $250 for a base unit
You must think I have brain damage to make such an offer. Just so I can have another unit go un-usable in the next 18 months?
Get real, and btw, you have not only lost my LOYALTY, you have gained a Detractor for your company and its products. Lost me as a Promoter.

Wand vac model wv201 isn't holding a charge
My WandVac Model WV201 is not charging up at all. I have already cleaned every piece of the Vac. I have used 5 different outlets to test the battery. But no luck
On Wednesday April 26, 2023 I called SharkNinji for help. After waiting on hold for 30 mins (after the recording saying it was a 10 min estimated wait) a very nice customer service person finally got on to help. She suggested we try a video conf call to troubleshoot the problem. We got disconnected. I waited for a call back, but there was none.
What a complete waste of time. I can not bring myself to sit through that again. And its really a shame as I am a fan of the product and the Brand. Now will have to find a similar product from a competitor

I had a problem with the roller on my vacuum. At first the customer service representative told me it was not cover because it was a wearable part and to replace it will cost 120 plus shipping, then he got a 50% off with no shipping, but that is still BS. After a long call, the manager provided me with an email for the ombudsman. It is a third party that actually care. If you have problems with your appliances don't go back and forward with and agent, just request ombudsman's email
User's recommendation: Request ombudsman.
Warranty and bad service in israel branch
Dear Sir/Miss.
I am writing to you because I was not satisfied with the Very aggressive and insulting service from the company's representative in Israel (I live in Israel).
I bought BL682 at the airport of Tel-Aviv Israel on the 9th of June 2022.
The part 64 oz. Food Processor Bowl Model #: 413KKU682 was damaged after a few times of operation. (I usually don't use it a lot). I Am speaking about max 10 times of use.
In the beginning it was ok, then after it started to make unusually strong noise, then after it became extremely noisy and it started leaking to the bottom part of the gear.
I checked the part and I found that the sealing rubber is not fitted properly, attached photos.
I contacted the service center in Israel after I sent them the part, they called me and Immediately they said to me that it was my fault, That I didn't use it properly, that I pushed it aggressively and because of this the rubber got out of place, letter on they told me that I should check the items before using that everything are OK, it worked good in the beginning, no one is checking O-ring Rubbers when he buy blenders. ridiculous. I was laughing after they told me that. For the "dessert" they wanted to give me a discount for a new part.
I am an electrical engineer and I have extra good mechanical sense and it really doesn't look like it's happened because of my use. I am sure it happened because of the Failed assembly of the rubber.
I sent the item to the service center and got it back without to open it to check the problem.
I am writing to you, as the global Ninja headquarter, because I am fenestrated by The way they treated me in Israel.

Robot vacuum AND “forever” pans
My first purchase years ago was for an upright vacuum that I was incredibly happy with. From that point I was hooked and raved about them to anyone looking for products they sold. Fast forward to 2019 when I purchased the robot vacuum. The worst product I have EVER purchased. It broke within months of use, stayed on support line for hours over many days, eventually they sent me a new one, which doesn’t work either. Now I have 2 pieces of garbage sitting around. I decide to give them a shot with the pans in 2020. Refund timeframe is 60 days, I had no issues within that time. About a year after they are peeling to the point they really can’t be used. We cook ALL THE TIME, I have been trying to return them to just be done with their product and move on. I thought this company had some standards when I first purchased but obviously they’ve gone down.

Vacuum replacement under warranty
December 2022 vac NV801 broke strength of suction was effected. Excellent vac. Called CS part no longer available will send comparable vac. Sent a AZ2000 I paid $22.37 for labels. Received item February 8 it was a inferior vac without cleaning utensils equal to the NV801. Suction very poor. Was instructed call back in 3 week the NV would be back in stock!
I called CS February 27 and learned the NV series is discontinued. After checking settled for the AZ2001. Yes CS said in stock will send out. I returned my vac and paid $27.70 for label . 3/2/23 I was sent the SAME model AZ2000! I called was told wait 3 weeks and call back! Lies and stalling. Won't refund $360 to buy new vac or the $50.07 I paid for labels.
Desired outcome: Replacement of equal value or better. Or,refund so I can purchase the desired vacuum. Many stores carry the model(s) I am interested in. I don't trust or believe customer service
Shark vertex vacuum
I have been experiencing some problems with your customer service department and warranty department. I have now going on a week without being able to use my shark vertex vacuum. I have called a number of times and every single person tells me there is nothing they can do of they leave me on hold and hang up.
I had an outstanding bill I did not even know of but as soon as I became aware of this I paid the bill in full. The problem now is because I paid full circle financial services #[protected] now shark is saying well there is nothing we can do because it still shows a balance in our system. I explain to your customer service department well your office are the ones that directed me to this company to pay my bill and now that I did that your still not wanting to help me. I would have gladly paid shark directly but they refused my payment and told me to call this company. I placed a call to shark on 2/24/23 and I also called the agency on 3-way call and they did verify the account was paid off and this agency the director who's name is Matt said this womans account has been paid off and we updated this to our client services it is now up to shark to update this womans account as paid.
I have yet to get a call back frrm anyone and I have placed literally over 50 calls and I'm told a manager will call you back and that NEVER happens. I placed a call again today and asked for a manger and the cooperate office to file my complaint and was told " I dont know the address or number"
I have purchased vacuums for 60.00 and got better treatment then this. I have to tell you this is the worst company I have ever come across when it comes to customer service. I have a vacuum that costed me close to $600 and I can't even use it and it's still under warranty but your company refuses to help me ,and fix this matter.
I want to believe the higher up's will be a better experience, I am asking that someone please get involved in this and address the issues at hand. I would like a call back at [protected].

Ninja stay sharp knives
After buying your product from High street TV with the 10 year guarantee in 2020, the bread knife fell out of the dish washer onto a tiled floor at Christmas and the knife broke in two on the blade. I have spoken to your customer service and was told this was I quote misuse. But surely your 10 year guarantee would cover this? I have spoken to trading standards who have agreed with me and would like to take this further to the ombudsman if it can’t be resolved

I ordered the Shark AI Ultra Robot Vacuum with XL HEPA on 11/25/22. There was a $280 off deal plus a free Shark Cordless VacMop. I constantly received constant emails (some days more than one) saying it was on it's way but there was never any tracking number attached. I tried contacting them numerous times only to receive an email telling me not to worry I would receive the product. The purchase went pending 17 times on my credit card. Fast forward to yesterday when I received an email saying the order was canceled with no real information as to why. This email had customer service phone number which I called. The woman was rude, acted like I was putting her out and really sounded like she hated her job. She reported she could not find a reason why my order was canceled and she could not help me reorder. I would have to reorder online myself. I asked about the money off deal and the free mop. She literally told me I could find another coupon online and the free mop would not be happening unless I could find that offer again online. WHAT?!?!?! In all my years of ordering merchandise online this is the worst customer service I have had from beginning to end. I have always been a shark loyalist as far as vacuums go but now they are dead to me.
Desired outcome: I would love an apology and the products I ordered sent to me. Also to let people know they are not a good company to work with

Why don't you make a Cook & Crisp Basket for the Ninja Foodi FD302 6.5 qt? The 'plate' that comes with it is not practical for small items like french fries and it's hard to remove with hot food on it. And, it leaves a mess in the cooking pot. Many recipes call for removing the crisping basket to shake/stir the food which isn't possible with the plate. I have numerous Foodi recipes that call for the Cook & Crisp basket! Here's an example of a recipe for green beans: Pour green beans into your crisp basket.
Close the crisping lid. Press Air Crisp, time will automatically be set to 20 min, keep that. Set temperature to 370 degrees.
Take the basket out a couple of times and shake the green beans so they cook as evenly as possible. The green beans should be slightly charred, and wrinkled looking.
With pot holders (its hot!) remove the crisp basket and set aside.
Press Saute, setting to high. Put 1 TBSP of butter and 1 TBSP of minced garlic into the pot. Let the garlic start to caramelize.
Desired outcome: manufacture a Cook & Crisp basket for the Ninja Foodi FD302.
Hair Dryer/ Brush
I purchased a hairdryer on November 16th and I returned it within 2 weeks because I did not like it. I never did receive my refund I have called every day 4 and 5 times A-day they say it will be escalated and I will have a return callback within 4-5 hours. I Cannot get through to anyone that will help me the total refund should be $286.19. This is a lot of money. I do not see how this company can keep doing this and get away with it. I have been told by Jaymar and Shane that the refund will be given. But will not send me a conformation email proving I will get it.
I will NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM THEM! THIS HAS BEEN a nightmare. This is a scam!
