My order 13 September.
To this date I have not received my product.
I have been in constant communication with your service by telephone and email.
My product went missing and delivered to wrong address.
Cronopost re packaged 3 times and made a error on the address.

I WAS told by your agent on the telephone the more inquiries I make the longer it would take to resolve my case.
She would not let me explaine.
it should have been 3 days delivery.
And I wouldn't want a machine that had to be repackaged 3 times.
Cronopost put on wrong post code.
I want a refund, I have sent back a declaration de no reception
I should not have to wait anothe 15 days for a refund.
The stress this has coursed is unacceptable, trying to track a package. this should of been your responsibility. And a very unhelpful agent,
I recieved no communication from your services.
I am very upset as this is a expensive iteam and is my only way of cooking, I had to return my last one due to fault, it is 5 weeks now, please look in to this complaint thankyou
