I'm not complaining about the vacuum — it is wonderful product. I'm complaining about customer service — billing. Vacuum was purchased about November 17 through an 800 number from the ad seen on TV. The rep first quoted me six payments of $44.95 but gave me the option to go with the pet package of six payments of $71.65 totaling $429.00. I received three different deliveries in total in early December. I gave my credit card number along with the expiration date on the security code. Recently, my card was hacked and Chase Visa issued a new card. I called or attempted to update my credit card info with Shark early last week. I discovered then that Shark only invoiced my credit card for the first time on February 1. My card was charged $107.12. The rep could not help me to update and transferred me to a supervisor. They said my account was on hold and gave me a case # [protected] and said someone would call me back the next day. No one did. I've called repeatedly each day last week. I was told last Friday that I had to wait until 2/24/2024 before I could get an answer. What is going on? Also they said my balance was now $455.37. If I take the $429.00 price quoted minus the $107.12 my balance should be $322.76 and not $455.37.
Desired outcome: I want to pay the entire balance which should be $322.76.
